How does an inspector decide whether to quote?

Inspectors look at your suburb, the inspection type, the timing, and their current capacity. If they cannot make your timeframe (e.g. ASAP within 48 hours when they are fully booked) they typically pass on the lead so it can go to an inspector who can.

What if no inspectors respond?

It does not happen often, but if you have not heard from anyone within 48 hours, reply to your confirmation email and we will re-route the enquiry. Some suburbs (very far north, very far south, distant Hills) have thinner coverage and may take an extra day.
