1. Who we are

This site is owned and operated by Loudachris Digital Marketing (ABN: registered in South Australia, business address 21-22 Greenhill Road, Wayville SA 5034). Loudachris is the data controller for this privacy policy. Throughout this policy "we", "us", and "our" refer to Loudachris Digital Marketing trading as Pest Inspections Adelaide.

2. What we collect

We collect the personal information you submit through the quote request form on this site. That information includes:

• Inspection type (e.g. building and pest, termite, vendor)
• Property suburb, postcode, property type, and approximate age
• Preferred timing for the inspection
• Your full name, email address, and (optionally) mobile phone number
• Your consent status for sharing your details with inspectors

We also collect anonymous browsing analytics through Google Analytics 4. This data is aggregated, does not identify you personally, and is used to improve the site.

3. Why we collect it

We collect this information for one purpose: to forward your enquiry to up to three Adelaide pest inspectors who service your suburb, so they can provide you with quotes. Submitting the form constitutes consent for this purpose under the Australian Privacy Principle 3.

4. Who we share it with

When you submit the form and tick the consent checkbox, your details are emailed to chris@loudachris.com.au (the operator's inbox). Once the inspector partner network is operational, your details will be forwarded to up to three independent pest inspectors in our network who service your suburb. Until that network is in place, we hold the enquiry centrally and contact you directly to coordinate.

We share your details only with inspectors. We do not sell your information. We do not pass your information to marketing lists. We do not share your information with any party other than the inspectors you have consented to receive quotes from.

5. How we store it

Personal information submitted through the form is transmitted by Resend (https://resend.com) and received in our operator inbox via Gmail (Google Workspace). Our hosting provider is Vercel (https://vercel.com). All three services operate to industry-standard security including encrypted transmission and storage.

We retain enquiry data only as long as is reasonably necessary to complete the quote-matching process and to maintain a record of consent. Enquiry data older than 24 months is deleted from our active records.

6. Cookies and analytics

This site uses Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation enabled. GA4 sets cookies that allow Google to record anonymous information about your visit. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, by using your browser's tracking-prevention features, or by declining cookies if your browser provides that control. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not run remarketing or targeted advertising on this site.

7. Your rights under the Privacy Act

Under the Australian Privacy Act and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have several rights regarding your personal information.

• Access: you can request a copy of any personal information we hold about you.
• Correction: you can ask us to correct inaccurate or out-of-date information.
• Deletion: you can ask us to delete your information from our records, subject to any legal record-keeping obligations we have.
• Withdraw consent: you can ask us to stop forwarding your details to inspectors at any time. If your enquiry has already been forwarded, we will contact those inspectors and ask them to delete the lead.
• Complaint: if you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

8. Marketplace disclosure

Pest Inspections Adelaide is a quote-aggregator marketplace. We do not perform pest inspections. We connect homeowners with independent inspectors who hold their own licences, insurance, and reporting obligations. Once your details are forwarded to an inspector, that inspector becomes a separate data controller for any information you share with them directly.

9. Children

This site is intended for adults arranging professional services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information through this site, please contact us so we can delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site for a reasonable period. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
