1. What this site is

Pest Inspections Adelaide is a marketplace that connects homeowners and property buyers with pest inspectors in Greater Adelaide. We do not perform pest inspections. We forward your enquiry to up to three independent inspectors in our network who quote you directly.

2. Marketplace operation

By submitting the quote request form, you agree that your details may be forwarded to up to three independent pest inspectors in our network for the purpose of receiving quotes. Inspectors are independent businesses; they hold their own licences, insurance, and reporting obligations. We do not employ inspectors and are not party to the inspection contract between you and any inspector you ultimately engage.

Inspectors in the network pay a small referral fee when they accept a lead. The fee is an industry-standard cost of doing business and is built into their cost base. The fee does not change the price an inspector quotes you. See our how we make money page for full detail.

3. Your obligations

You agree to use the site honestly and lawfully. Specifically you agree:

• To provide accurate, current, and complete information on the quote request form.
• To use the site only for genuine quote requests, not for spam or testing.
• Not to misuse, scrape, or attempt to disrupt the site, its services, or the inspectors who use it.
• Not to use the site to defame, disparage, or deceive any inspector, vendor, or other party.

4. Our obligations

We agree:

• To operate the site in good faith, including vetting inspectors in the network for current licence and insurance.
• To forward your details only to inspectors you have consented to share them with (via the consent checkbox on the form).
• To respond to reasonable queries about the operation of the site within a reasonable timeframe.
• To remove inspectors from the network who do not meet basic service standards (timely quoting, professional conduct, AS 4349.3 compliant reporting).

5. Limits of liability

The site is provided "as is". We make no warranty, express or implied, about the fitness of any inspector for your specific needs. Our role is matching, not providing inspections. The decision to engage any inspector is yours. The inspection contract is between you and that inspector.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us for use of the site, which is zero. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other non-excludable consumer guarantees.

We are not responsible for the conduct, opinions, advice, or work product of any inspector. If you have a dispute with an inspector about the inspection, the report, the price, or the conduct of the inspection, that dispute is between you and the inspector and may be taken up with their licensing body or under the relevant consumer protection framework.

6. Information accuracy

We have written the content on this site in good faith and to the best of our knowledge. Cost ranges, timeframes, and process descriptions are indicative; your specific situation may differ.
